We work on a transparent percentage-based fee structure. Our fee is calculated as a percentage of the total procurement budget and is paid directly by you in three phases: (1) Upon project kickoff and briefing completion, (2) Upon order confirmation and supplier contracts, (3) Upon final delivery and installation. No hidden commissions. No "convenient" suppliers. We source based purely on what's best for your project — quality, timeline, and budget. We don't receive kickbacks from suppliers, so our recommendations are always in your interest. You'll see transparent pricing for every item and our fee structure upfront.
We're flexible. Some clients need full FF&E and OS&E procurement, while others need help with specific categories like custom furniture or lighting. We adapt our services to what you need — whether it's end-to-end management or targeted support.
